: In the US, you need an eye exam for prescription lenses, even if you know your prescription, you'll need a doctor's prescription to purchase them. Not sure about other countries. 在美国近视镜片都得验光后才给配，自己知道度数也要有医生的处方才会给买。国内不清楚
