: Their clothes are disgusting! Many of them are processed returns. I bought a sweater that even had body odor! It contaminated all the clothes in my washing machine and the machine itself! Absolutely disgusting! The smell just won't go away! I called customer service and left messages, but they only casually offered to refund the cost of one sweater! From start to finish, it was never about the money! It's just too filthy! It feels as gross as wearing someone else's used underwear! Terrible! 他家衣服很恶心！很多都是退货处理的。买到一件毛衣还带狐臭！把我洗衣机全部衣服和机器都污染了！特别恶心！味道根本去不掉！打电话到客服，发信息留言都只是淡淡地说退一件毛衣的钱！从头到尾就不是钱的问题！太脏了！感觉像是穿了别人穿过的内衣裤一样恶心！恶劣！
