Return:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds will not be processed after this period. If the returned item meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Non-quality issues, items marked as final sale, and customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
Process: For orders within the U.S., please have your order number and ZIP code ready, click here to initiate a return or exchange. For orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, please email service@fbrq.com with your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and relevant photos.
