I registered a new account and actually won it, but later for other "selected user" promotions, that same account didn't qualify. So confusing 摸不透套路，以前有个部分用户的洗发露别人都没有，我注册了个新账户结果中了，但是后来其他的部分用户的我那个号又没中 晕
