Rite Aid在再次申请破产之后，宣布关停更多的门店。5月初申请破产时说要关闭100多家门店，现在又加码：再关316家！原本还运营的1200家店，现在等于直接砍掉超过1/3。

5月15日，Rite Aid公告称，已经和CVS、Walgreens、Albertsons、Kroger、Giant Eagle等大型连锁达成协议，把部分药房的业务、客户档案等转移给这些公司，一些州的门店也会交给CVS继续运营。
