格莱美奖项设置
今年一共有94个奖项。以外的四大通类，今年增加了“最佳非古典类制作人”和“最佳非古典类词作者”变为了六大通类：最佳制作、最佳专辑、最佳歌曲、最佳新人、最佳非古典类制作人和最佳非古典类词作者。
除此之外，还增加了三个新的奖项，分别为：最佳流行舞曲制作、最佳非洲音乐歌手和最佳另类爵士专辑。
