Editor's Pick: If you have pothos, monstera, or other foliage plants at home, you can use this directly when repotting — no need to mix in anything else. It contains peat moss, coconut coir, and perlite, so excess water drains out after watering and roots won't get suffocated. It doesn't contain compost or bark, so it's less likely to attract fungus gnats indoors. Two bags are enough to fill four 6-inch pots, and the instructions say the nutrients last about six months, so you won't need to fertilize again for a while after repotting.
