: My son touched it at the store and cut himself, so I bought the knife and took it home to teach him how to use it. Then I went to the restroom, came out, and he was bleeding again . I think it's too sharp; actually, it's not much different from ordinary knives. 我儿在店铺摸了一下流血了，然后我把刀买回家，教他使用，然后我去了个洗手间，出来他又流血了我觉得太锋利，其实跟普通刀具没啥区别。

: I placed an order at the end of May. After waiting many days without any shipping information, I called to request a cancellation. They wouldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped, telling me to ask for a return label after receiving the item and confirming there would be no return shipping charge. The order finally shipped a week after I placed it. The UPS official website showed Zwilling received the returned package early on 6/11. I requested a refund twice, on 6/18 and 6/25. Their customer service rep Cindy replied on 6/18 that the refund would be processed after inspection. Then on 6/25, their email implied that they had received it and completed the refund? I don't quite understand. But from 6/11 until now, 6/27, I still haven't received my $159.94 refund. Is this a normal processing time? I'm really angry; I've never encountered such a shopping and return experience. 5月底下单，等多天没邮寄信息就电话要求取消，即便没发货也不给取消，对方说等收到后向其索要return label还确认了no return shipping charge，下单一周后终于发货。UPS官网显示6/11一早zwilling收到退货包裹，我于6/18和6/25两次索要退款，对方客服Cindy6/18的回复说要等验货后退款，6/25对方邮件意思是收到了也完成refund了？不太能理解。但是6/11号到如今6/27号都没有收到我$159.94退款，这个算正常处理周期么？我真的很生气，没遇到过这样的购物及退货体验。
