Editor's Pick: After leg day or a long run, that muscle soreness can take days to ease. This pure glutamine powder has almost no taste, so you can mix it with water or add it to protein powder—one scoop before and after training. The 1 lb (0.45 kg) tub lasts a long time; keep it on hand for high-intensity training days, and your body's recovery rhythm will feel steadier.
