: I previously bought officially refurbished ones on eBay, but the day after I received them, one ear completely lost connection, so I had no choice but to return them. Officially refurbished products might indeed be ones that had malfunctions and were returned, and the inspection/repair might not be very thorough. Later, I bought brand new ones from the official website during Black Friday. Stacking Amex offers, they were only about twenty-something dollars more expensive, and I've used them for half a year without any problems. 之前在ebay买过官翻，结果收到第二天一只耳朵就完全断联了，只好退货。官翻可能确实是出过故障被退回去的，检修也不太彻底。后来黑五官网买了全新，叠Amex offer也就贵了二十来块，用了半年没有任何问题。
