Editor's Pick: When cooking a meal, you're constantly switching between knives for vegetables and meat. This 22-piece set covers basically everything you need for everyday use. The handles are comfortable to hold during long prep sessions, so your hands won't get sore, and they give you steady control. When you're done, just toss them in the dishwasher and skip washing each one by hand. The clear knife block has an open design, so moisture evaporates quickly once the knives are inserted, and it looks airy on the countertop.
