Editor's Pick: Scrape that layer of sauce off the bottom of the pan after cooking. The silicone head is just the right softness, so you can run it around the walls of the pan without scratching the coating. One flat spatula for scraping sauces, one spoon-shaped one for ladling broth. The handle is long enough that your hand stays farther from the hot pan while simmering. Heat-resistant up to 500°F (260°C), and you can toss it right into the dishwasher.
