• AI Review Summary: ⭐Amazon rating: 4.1 / 5 (671 Reviews). Users report this grass seed germinates quickly but has a survival rate of less than half, inconsistent quality, and unreliable growth results. However, the appearance and color are attractive, and durability reviews are mixed. We recommend being prepared to overseed before purchasing.

Editor's Pick: For bare or yellowing patches in your yard, sprinkle this seed and you'll see new sprouts emerge within days. It's a blend of tall fescue and annual ryegrass, heat-tolerant and drought-tolerant, so once established you won't need to worry about watering every day. One 7 lb bag covers about 1,700+ square feet for overseeding. Just sow it in spring or fall.
