回复 @舒克贝塔儿 : My dentist said CPC-containing ones have better antibacterial effects. I use Colgate Total (subscription price about 1/3 of this), alcohol-free and works fine. 我牙医说要含CPC的抗菌效果比较好。我用的是高露洁全效，订阅价格可能是这个的1/3，不含酒精，感觉也不错。
