: The Costco version removes certain rarely used features, like tongue cleaning. Mine has tongue cleaning, but I've only used it about twice in two years. I have a non-electric tongue brush and I'm not used to the electric one; these features are a bit superfluous for me. Costco的版本会减掉某一个不常用功能，例如舌苔清洁这种。我的带舌苔清洁，两年一共大概用了两次，我有非电动的舌苔刷，不太习惯电动的，多多少少对我来说这些功能有也是鸡肋一点。

回复 @KUROMI25 : I bought the 9500; it was $179 on Amazon the year before last, so this should be a historic low. I haven't used the 7500, but theoretically, the 9000 series should be better. 我买的是9500，前年亚马逊179，所以这个应该是史低了。我没用过7500，理论上9000系列好些吧。

: I've bought several models. Early, cheaper ones were retired because they couldn't charge. Customer service even replaced one with a new one, but it still broke after a year. Later, I also bought a DiamondClean; after two years of use, it started making a loud noise and soon stopped charging. Then I bought another identical one, used it for five years, and a connecting part came off, breaking it again. Of course, the warranty had expired, and even if it were still under warranty, the same model shows out of stock, so no after-sales service. I'll buy one last time; I have to use up all the brush heads I've stockpiled. 买过好几个型号，早期便宜的充不上电淘汰的，售后还换过一根新的也还是在一年后坏掉，后来diamond clean也买了，两年后使用会发出巨响，很快充电也充不上了，又买了一根同款用五年一个连接件脱落又坏了，售后当然已过期，即使还在质保同款也显示无库存不售后。再买最后一次，怎么也得把囤的牙刷头全用完

: Avoid this toothbrush. There are gaps between its buttons where dirt can accumulate, unless you take the time to clean it thoroughly every time you brush your teeth. Otherwise, it might grow mold or something. Design flaw. 避雷这个牙刷. 它的按键之间有缝隙，会藏污纳垢，除非你每次刷完牙都花时间清理干净. 不然可能发霉什么的. 设计缺陷.
