Editor's Pick: For cooking a single serving of oatmeal, heating milk, or making instant noodles, this 1-quart saucepan is just the right size. The stainless steel interior won't react with food, so even tomato sauce won't pick up a metallic taste. The base has an aluminum layer for even heating that helps prevent sticking, and the curved pouring rim keeps soup from running down the side of the pot. The lid fits snugly, the handle is securely riveted, and it works on both gas and induction cooktops.
