: I checked the official website, this model's two rings aren't welded together. They can be separated and worn individually. There seems to be another model in Mainland China where the double rings are interlocked and can't be separated. 我去官网看了下这款两个不是焊在一起的，能拆成两个戴，好像国内有另一款是双环交叉在一起的不能分开戴

Since then, the replacement has not been shipped for over 5 weeks. Each time I contact online customer service, they say they will check the status for me (I've contacted them 3 times), but I haven't received any confirmation about what the issue is. Is there anyone from APM who can help resolve this after-sales problem? Thank you. 因为ring size不合适1月9号提交了replacement order，戒指也按照要求寄回（fedex确认已收）。之后replacement 一直不发货，已经超过5周，每次联系网上客服都是说帮我去check status（联系过3次），之后没有收到任何客服确认到底哪里出问题。有没有APM公司的可以帮忙解决售后问题？谢谢
