Editor's Pick: Whether you just moved into a new home or are replacing old knives, this set covers basically everything you need in the kitchen—a chef's knife, serrated bread knife, santoku knife, and paring knife, plus kitchen shears. Each knife comes with a blade cover, so it stores compactly in the cabinet, and you can toss it in a bag for weekend camping or RV trips.
