Editor's Pick: When you can't sit down to eat right after a workout, just grab a bottle from your bag and drink it. Each bottle has 30g protein, 3g carbs, and 1g sugar. The vanilla flavor tastes like a milkshake without that overly sweet protein powder taste. One case has 12 bottles—keep them in the fridge and grab one on your way out the door, or toss a few in your gym bag without taking up much space.

: Will the vanilla flavor be too sweet and cloying? 这个香草味会不会很甜齁？
: It's on the sweet side but goes down smooth — not that cloying protein powder taste. If you're worried about the sweetness, just chill it before drinking. 偏甜但顺口，不像蛋白粉那种齁味，怕甜的话可以冰一下再喝。
