Editor's Pick: Over time, the gasket rope on a stove door gets flattened and stiff, and the fire doesn't burn as strongly. Replacing it with a new one makes the door close noticeably tighter. This kit comes with a can of high-temperature glue that works on both steel and cast iron stoves. The rope is woven with graphite-impregnated fiberglass for extra durability, and it fits snugly into the door groove. Installing it yourself isn't complicated—just press it in around the door frame.
