回复 @fantvar : I own several Le Creuset and a few Staub. The black interior finish of Le Creuset has a texture that Staub can't match (if you plan on using the pot for searing). However, for just making soups, there's not much difference between the two, so you can buy either without overthinking it. 我有几个le，几个sta，黑色内胆的le的质感是sta比不了的（如果你要用锅煎东西），但是只是煮汤的情况下，两款区别不大，都可以买，没有必要纠结

Super durable—no worries about staining! 俩我都有，但我喜欢staub，其实俩差不多，但是staub更沉一些感觉更皮实，而且锁水确实更加好一点 最重要的是，staub是黑珐琅！非常耐造！不用担心染色问题！
