Since Apple plans to reserve the next-generation, lower-power LTPO+ panels for the iPhone Air and the new foldable iPhone in 2028, this has created space for the standard LTPO panel technology to be passed down to the entry-level series.

This "technology allocation" depends on the mass production progress of LTPO+. If the new technology doesn't meet expectations, the implementation of LTPO panels in the iPhone 19e might be delayed.
