: Say it three times. Never choose ATT. Never, ever choose ATT. It's truly garbage among garbage. Their customer service reps are all unreliable, one after another. One rep says one price, but when the bill arrives, the price has changed. Call back and another rep says they don't know. Even talking to a manager is useless. They just constantly pass the buck.

: Don't even get me started, it's so frustrating. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for ten years, and they still screw me over. First, it was a nightmare just trying to cancel one number. Then, before my contract was even up this month, they added a $5 monthly fee to another number. When I went to the service center to ask, they said it was a price hike. Seriously, what kind of contract is this? This is a crappy contract—they raise prices whenever they feel like it. What a joke. Is this even a contract anymore? Even their own staff said I should switch to another company. I immediately transferred my out-of-contract number away, and once my contract phone is up, I'm done with their service. No integrity at all, they're a dime a dozen. A ten-year NT&T customer here, I urge everyone not to fall into their trap.
