For brands like Romoss, which are well-known but more budget-friendly, it's even tougher. Now, with the mandatory 3C certification in place, even if there are some that slip through the cracks, there will be fewer of them. 国内老是打价格战不是什么好现象，连 anker 这种走中高端的品牌都中招，罗马仕这种虽然是大牌但是偏性价比的就更难了。现在强制 3C 也好，就算有漏网之鱼也会少点。
