- Regarding gift card returns: If you spent $1055 and received a $100 gift card, and then returned an item worth $45, the total amount after the return would still be $1010, which exceeds the $1000 threshold, so you would still be eligible for the $100 gift card. If you returned an item worth $65, the total amount after the return would be $990, which falls below the $1000 threshold but exceeds the $500 threshold. In this case, the gift card would be downgraded from $100 to $50.
If you need to return an item but are concerned about downgrading: Please call or chat with customer service online. Provide your order number and explain that you wish to return a specific item but do not want to be downgraded. Instead, you would like to purchase another item to replace it.
