: The packaging says to use it daily, but personally, I usually soak it every 3-4 days. After wearing it, I thoroughly rinse it with clean water and let it dry. Occasionally, I use cleaning tablets for a deep clean. When washing, I also use a toothbrush to scrub the hard-to-reach areas. 包装上说天天用，但个人的话一般3-4天泡一次。平时戴完好好用清水洗干净后晾干，偶尔用清洁片强力清洁一下。清洗的时候可以顺便用牙刷刷刷够不到的地方
