Editor's Pick: This set covers everything from frying pans to stockpots, so you can sear, stir-fry, simmer, and braise with ease. The tri-ply construction distributes heat evenly for better temperature control, and searing steak is less likely to burn. The cookware is oven-safe up to 500°F, so you can transfer it straight from the stovetop to the oven to reduce sauces. The riveted handles are sturdy and don't wobble when lifted. The mirror finish looks sleek on the stovetop, and after cooking, you can just toss everything into the dishwasher to save time.
