These retailers are like this; some offer price adjustments, some don't, some offer free returns, and some don't. You get used to it after a while. 回复 @yumeiwang : I asked customer service; "new" means it hasn't been processed yet. "Under review" means some items are out of stock and being restocked, and "picking" means it's being prepared for shipping. 问了客服，new是还没下单，under review是有些没货了在调货，picking才是准备寄了
