Editor's Pick: Hospitals and clinics crank up the AC, so a short-sleeve scrub top underneath with this jacket on top is just right. The stretchy fabric won't pull at your shoulders when you bend over or reach for things. The two pockets are plenty for pens and your work badge, and the zipper stays put at halfway instead of sliding down. After several washes, the collar hasn't stretched out and the color still looks like new.
