Random read and write speeds reach up to 2,200K and 2,600K IOPS respectively, significantly improving multitasking and large file loading efficiency. The drive features Samsung's in-house 5nm controller and eighth-generation 236-layer V-NAND TLC flash memory, equipped with LPDDR4X cache (1GB for 1TB model, 2GB for 2TB, 4GB for 4TB, and 8GB for 8TB), ensuring stable and efficient data transfer. Compared to the 990 PRO, the 9100 PRO offers up to 49% better energy efficiency and comes with a nickel-coated controller and efficient heat dissipation label to maintain stable performance under heavy loads.
