[Expired]Netgear RAX120 Nighthawk AX12 AX6000 Wi-Fi6 Router

: I thought NETGEAR is a good company, until I had a problem with their router. It's R6700v3. Bought on NETGEAR.com about 9 months ago. But problem happened about 2 monthes ago. So it worked like 7 months. Problem is 5G signal is really weak. I have to be like 3 feet close to be able to get it. I tried factor reset, firmware upgrade. No luck. So I decided to call them to get replacement. I had replaced another defective NETGEAR router before. But this time they asked my light status, and they concluded that it's not hardware issue because lights are on. And my free 90 day support expired I have to purchase the plan to speak to Tech support. And the cheapest option is 89 dollars for 6 months. It's more expensive than the router itself! Don't buy netgear anymore they are not good anymore. Stupid support policy. I just bought another new netgear router. I am going to return that one as well.
