回复 @匿名用户 : In the past, Amazon would promptly replace or refund lost items, but not this year. Their customer service is just for show now. I’ve lost all motivation to shop on Amazon and started buying from eBay instead. At least on eBay, if an item doesn’t arrive, sellers actively track it, checking in daily to ensure it’s not lost. Amazon doesn’t care—lost items don’t affect their CS reps. They also randomly overcharge. I had a June return, and in September, they charged me again, claiming they never received it. After days of back-and-forth, they admitted their warehouse received it but didn’t log it. The refund team then passed me to another department. Took two phone calls to get my $160+ back. Thank goodness I kept the return confirmation email, or Amazon would’ve scammed me again. 以前亚马逊丢了都会及时补单或退款，今年不行了，客服就是个摆设。现在真的没心情到亚马逊了，开始去eBay买东西了，起码eBay如果物品没送到，卖家都会及时追踪物品，一天一问，非常担心丢失。亚马逊丢也不是丢客服的，没人管，而且乱扣费，我一个六月份退货单，9月份又冒出来扣，说没收到退货，和亚马逊扯了几天才说是仓库客服收到没登记，退款客服又推到另外一个部门，打了两次电话才把被乱扣的160多刀要回来。我还好保留了当时的退货确认邮件，否则又被亚马逊坑一笔。

Even though you know it’s not Jeff reading it, imagine you’re talking to him as a friend. For BBB, include evidence like screenshots or email threads. A simple "item not received" might take forever to resolve. When I contacted BBB, it took about a week for them to get back to me. 但是你给Jeff这个邮箱写信的时候尽量把事情讲的言简意赅一点，另外用对C level的语气讲话，比如一堆夸，欲扬先抑什么的。建议Chat GPT修改一下。虽然你知道不是本人会看，但是你想成你跟Jeff是朋友会怎么说比较合适。BBB的话你需要提供一些证据截图什么的，或者来往邮件。只是简单的未收到货可能会很晚才联系你。我当时联系bbb他们也花了大概一周才联系我。
