Editor's Pick: After searing a steak, the griddle is still hot with grease and burnt bits stuck to it. Just run this scraper along the surface a few times and most of the debris lifts right off. The stainless steel edge is flexible yet won't bend even under firm pressure. The handle is plastic, so it stays cool to the touch. It's handy for cleaning baking sheets or teppanyaki griddles too.
