Editor's Pick: If you want fluffy rice with distinct grains, just switch to the non-pressure mode; if you prefer soft, slightly chewy rice, switch to high pressure — the same pot of rice comes out with two different textures. Induction heating surrounds the inner pot entirely, unlike regular rice cookers that only heat the bottom, so the rice heats more evenly. The inner pot is stainless steel — after cooking, just add water and let it soak for a bit, and the stuck rice grains loosen up, making cleanup easy. The 6-cup capacity is enough for a family of three or four, or for making side dishes when guests come over. The built-in smart program automatically detects the rice type and temperature, and keeps it warm automatically after cooking, so you don't have to keep an eye on it.
