Editor's Pick: Once your home internet is upgraded to 2.5G, if you're still using an old gigabit switch between your router and computer, your speed will bottleneck. This unit has eight 2.5G ports, works as soon as you plug it in, and requires no backend setup. The metal casing has no fan, so you'll barely hear it under your TV stand or desk. When multiple devices transfer large files or run a NAS at the same time, the ports don't compete for bandwidth.
