Editor's Pick: Whether your kid is taking online classes or watching cartoons in the car, over-ear headphones are more comfortable than in-ear ones and stay put more easily. These fold down to the size of a palm and slip right into a backpack side pocket, and the stainless steel slider holds up to repeated adjusting without getting loose, so they're a safe bet for kids who are rough on their things. The ear cushions are protein leather, so ears won't feel stuffy even after wearing them all afternoon. Kids can answer calls and adjust the volume right on the inline control, so they don't have to fumble with a tablet themselves.
