Logically, whether to upgrade depends on your purchasing power over the next year; there's no need to blindly upgrade if you don't buy much regularly. It's only truly cost-effective if you utilize all the offers and factor in the cashback. 她说的应该是Executive那个卡，那个开卡更贵一些。结账的时候普通金卡用户时不时就会被安利让你升级。讲道理升级与否要取决于未来一年的购买力，日常买得不多的话不需要盲目升级。如果各项活动都用尽算上返的钱才比较划算。。

I have memberships for both BJ's and Costco—a regular card for BJ's and an Executive card for Costco—and the experience is quite different. 第一是习惯性消费，第二我个人感觉Costco 的服务要好一些，BJ服务是真挺烂的，我BJs和Costco 两家会员都有，BJ是普卡，Costco 是黑卡，体验挺不一样的
