DJI Launches Avata 360 8K Panoramic FPV Drone

April 1, 2026 news: DJI officially releases the new Avata 360. The drone features a twist gimbal design, preserving its FPV flight capabilities while enabling flexible switching between 360-degree panorama and single-lens mode through a dual-lens module, making it an outstanding hybrid drone.

In panorama mode, the drone body becomes "invisible" through algorithmic processing, providing extensive compositional space for post-production. The newly added ActiveTrack 360 supports standard and Cycling modes, which, combined with the Spotlight feature, ensures precise subject tracking even during complex manual flights.
