Editor's Pick: If your water is on the hard side, your hair can feel rough after washing and your skin can get dry and itchy. Switching to a shower head with a filter can make a real difference. This one has built-in KDF 55, calcium sulfite, and vitamin C filters that help remove chlorine and heavy metals from the water. The 6-inch panel offers 5 spray modes, so it's easy to switch things up while you shower. No plumber needed for installation, just screw it onto a standard 1/2-inch (1.3 cm) connection. The side opens for filter changes, about once every three months.
