But when it arrived, the earpiece had no sound (no sound during calls, but videos played fine). Then customer service ignored me for four weeks (because I logged in with my Amazon account). They won't respond to you unless you create a new Woot account and contact them via email. Only then will they send you a return label. I was scared I might end up losing $200. Just be mentally prepared—I still want to give it another try. Maybe I'll get lucky this time! 很想再抽一次看看运气呢。上次买了iphone13 在这个店，从描述看都没问题。结果送到家听筒没声音（接电话的时候没声音，但是放视频没问题）然后客服4周都没理我（原因是用amazon账号登陆）对方是不会理你的，你要重新弄一个woot账号，然后邮箱联系，对方才能理你。然后再给你发return label。吓得自己以为险些要亏损200刀。做好心理准备，我还想再试一次～万一运气好了呢
