: I just tried it too. You go to Best Buy, then online chat, tell them what you want to buy and the merchant for price match. After they verify, they will email you, then you can open it and pay. 我也是刚刚试了的。你去Best Buy 然后在线chat 把你要购买的以及pricematch的商家给它 他们核对后给你邮件 然后再打开付款就可以了

: Update: I just used BB's online customer service chat and successfully PM’d. You need to receive the invoice via email and pay immediately, then you can pick it up in-store. update一下， 剛剛用了BB的網上客服聊天， 成功PM了， 要有EMAIL收invoice然後馬上付款， 就可以in store pick up 啦
