回复 @huizhenyang : Did you only receive this email? If not, you can email customer service with your email address and ask if it can be canceled. If it can't be canceled, you'll just have to return it and buy it again. 只收到这个邮件么，不行你就去发邮件给客服报你的邮箱，问问能取消么，取消不了的话只能退了重新买

回复 @choudan : The high heat setting has stronger airflow and dries faster, but it's also hotter. Try using high heat to dry 70-80% first, then switch to cool air. 热风高档风力大一些 吹得快，但是也比较烫，可以试试先热风高档吹个七八分干 再换成冷风来吹就好一些

: I previously bought a small, foldable, compact one which was quite good and the airflow was decent. It's also universal voltage so it can be used back in Mainland China. It seems like this is the only model that can be used in Mainland China. 之前买过个小的可折叠的那个compact的挺好用风力还可以，还是个通用电压回国也能用，貌似就这一款是可以国内用的
