After they've gotten all of that from you, they tell you to go buy parts on eBay because they've discontinued them and don't have any. Then they refer you to a local repair shop, and the repair cost is enough to buy a new one. 统一话术就是，跟你要purchase evidence. 让你照相，录像，一大堆东西跟你要完之后，告诉你，去ebay 买配件，他们停产没配件. 给你介绍个local repair，修的钱都够买个新的了。
