回复 @奶味小浣熊 : Yes, in our case the dermatologist recommended it for eczema—my baby started using it before turning 1 year old. We're using the body wash, cream, and lotion, plus their sunscreen. I personally use their facial cleanser and moisturizer, and it's surprisingly good for sensitive skin! 回复 @恕宝宝抱宝宝 : Thank you so much! When my little one was younger, they'd get eczema flare-ups every now and then, mostly dryness—I've tried all kinds of oils, swapping them out. Now that they're older and their immune system is better, it’s improved a lot, but I’ll try picking this up too. Finding a good moisturizer for a kid with allergies is seriously tough. 真的太感谢亲了，我娃小的时候也是隔一段时间就出现湿疹，多数情况是干疹多一些，选了不少种类的油油换着用，现在大一些了免疫力强了很多也好了不少，不过也可以再去选一下这个用用看，过敏体质的娃选个油太难了

回复 @奶味小浣熊 : We have dry eczema too—this is a perfect fit and works really well. When flare-ups aren’t too bad, I try to apply it twice a day, morning and night, or at least once a day, and see improvement in just a few days. We never needed to use oil—just this cream or lotion is plenty. So I definitely recommend giving it a shot. 我家也是干疹 这个特别合适好用 复发不严重的时候就尽量早晚各涂一次 多无上限 至少确保一次 连续几天就有好转 从来没用过油 就这个cream 或lotion足够用 所以我会推荐这个试试
