: Not sure about other brands, but Haidilao's broth is quite rich—after all, it’s based on their in-store experience. The packaged soup base isn’t as good as the restaurant version, but it’s still nice if you don’t dilute it too much. 别家的不说 海底捞的还是蛮浓的，毕竟店里都是吃出来的，底料包没有店里的口味好，不用加太多水也是不错滴
