Today during installation, we discovered a missing Panel. No response from customer service via WeChat or phone—old unit removed, new one can't be installed. Unbelievable. 我自己找的师傅，我住的比较远，一开始联系的师傅报了价，等需要他来的时候又确认了价格，直接坐地起价，我就自己找的本地的contractor，今天来安装，发现少了一个Panel，怎么联系客服微信打电话都没有人，旧的拆下来新的安不上，服了

The key is the suction power is even greater 😂. Currently, I'm inclined to buy on Amazon, as it’s much cheaper. When I added the one below in the screenshot to my cart, there was a discount, probably making it around $380.
