回复 @Selynn : After steaming, slice it—you can eat it directly or stir-fry the slices. It pairs well with any greens that aren’t too watery. 蒸完了切片，可以直接吃，也可以蒸完切片再炒一下，炒任何水分不大的青菜都好吃

: They're kind of hard, there is a shrimp flavor, but the texture isn’t like the fried shrimp chips. Pretty good as a snack while watching shows. 比较硬，有虾味，口感不像炸的那款虾饼，追剧时吃还好
