: I highly recommend the 12-inch one for $99, it's genuinely very good. It's light and easy to wash. Compared to a Japanese brand I bought before, after over a year of use, it had quite a few small pits at the bottom of the pot. After that, I bought this $99 model, and I've used it for almost two years now without a single pit. Stir-frying also doesn't stick. If it does stick, like when stir-frying potatoes, you can just use a steel wool scrubber; it's straightforward and won't damage it. 特别推荐99刀的那个12寸，真的很好用。轻，好洗。对比之前买的一个日本品牌，我们采用一年多就有小坑在锅底部，还不少。之后买了这个99刀的这款，然后用了快两年吧，一个小坑都没有，炒菜也不沾，粘了，比如炒土豆，直接上钢丝球就好，简单粗暴，也不会坏。
