: I really need to rant about Costco's recent shipping. The first time, I bought two cans of formula for over $100, and they sent me a $10 bottle of shampoo instead. How can they mix up formula and shampoo? I called customer service, and they asked me to return the shampoo. The online system showed only one bottle of shampoo was returned, so they sent only one can of formula. Don't they check the original orders? They never sent the other can, and customer service kept passing the buck, saying it needed after-sales processing, and neither refunded it. It's been over a month without resolution. This week I bought diapers. Ordered size 4, received size 3. Truly, these shipping staff must be blind! After shopping online for years with a great experience, lately, the shipping staff is really blind! 真的是要大力吐槽costco最近的发货，第一次买了两瓶奶粉，100多刀，竟然寄个10来刀的洗发水，奶粉和洗发水都分不清楚吗？打了电话给客服，要我把洗发水退回去，网上显示退回去的洗发水只有一瓶，所以就只寄了一瓶奶粉给我，难道不看原始订单的吗？最后还有一瓶奶粉也不发给我，客服踢皮球，说什么要给售后部门处理，也不退款，来来回回一个多月都没有处理。这周又买了尿片，买的4号，发的3号，真的吐槽吐槽，发货员是眼瞎吗？？？买了这么多年啦，一直网购体验很好，但是最近的发货员真的是眼瞎！
