回复 @牛奶愛上麵包 : One box contains five individually sealed packs, with twelve pieces per pack, totaling sixty pieces. The skin is much thinner, slightly crispy after pan-frying, and has a translucent, almost paper-thin appearance. The filling is pork + chicken, not the paste-like texture of minced meat; the chopped meat offers a more direct, granular texture. As a Northerner, I find these Japanese ones more to my liking for pan-frying than the Korean ones. Note: The cooking method on the package says no oil is needed, just heat it over medium-high heat and then add water, which is somewhat like water-frying. However, I still recommend adding a little oil to the bottom. Also, if the bottom sticks to the pan when just cooked, remove it from the hot stove, let it cool for a bit on the side, then use a thin spatula to gently loosen it, and it will come off perfectly—the same principle as removing crispy lace pan-fried dumplings from the pan. 一盒里有五份独立塑封包装，每份十二支，共六十支。皮薄很多，煎完微微脆，有白纸似的半透明感。猪肉+鸡肉的馅，不是肉糜那种牙膏状的口感，铰肉的肉粒口感更直接。我是北方人，如果煎食的话，这个日式的要比那个韩式的更对胃口。注意：包装上的烹制方法说不用油，只需中大火烧热后淋水，有点水煎的意思。但还是建议稍稍点一点儿底油，而且如果刚熟时底面沾锅的话，从热灶头移开，放一边稍凉一会儿，再用薄铲轻轻铲就完整下来了，跟冰花煎饺出锅一个道理。
